Beyonce is more successful now. I don't know how more or less albums she's sold compared to Britney, but I know she's the bigger touring act and is more critically acclaimed overall than Britney.

Scream&Shout was one of the biggest hits of 2013 and Work Bitch was a kinda big hit(at least in Europe). And I meant that her second peak was from 2008 to 2013 and it's true(2 WW #1 songs, 9 top 10 singles on Billboard, sold 12 Million albums and 45 Million digital singles, etc.)

Ok, my bad , I meant that she is #2 behind Eminem on the Billboard 200(where she realy is: http://www.billboard.com/biz/charts/decade-end/2000/billboard-200-artists). Anyways, Beyonce is in front of Britney at the Artist Of The Decade Chart only because Britney never released her songs as physical singles at her prime + was banned on radio from 2001-4, so she couldn't chart high on the Hot 100, WW Britney has more top 10 hits(25 in the UK for example).

Scream and Shout was 2012 tho. I assumed you meant she peaked twice once in 2008 and once in 13, though she wasn't that huge between 09 and 11. Scream and Shout was a hit not gonna deny that, but 1. it wasn't her song 2. it was 1 hit. Britney Jean also wasn't huge (except maybe Work Bitch). Her last really famous album would probably be Circus.

S&S was released in december 2012, yes, but it was a hit and peaked in the first half of 2013 and everyone knows Britney made that song a hit, if it was someone else featured the song would've probably flopped, or at least underperformed (like the song will.i.am did with JB). And from 2009 to 2011 Britney got 5 top 10 hits on Billboard, three of which topped The Hot 100, wyd? In 2010 she did nothing, cuz she was working on FF. Yes, she wasn't the IT girl, Gaga, Katy and Adele were at the time, but she was still realy successful. FF was not that successful as an album, but single wise it was realy big success, shifting almost 20 Million digital singles. But yeah, Circus was probably her last realy famouse album.

iirc, the only big hit from FF was Till the world ends. Also which songs got top 10 between 09-11? I don't remember any.

I always consider Britney in her prime was the bigger star. Yeah, she might not have had Beyonce's voice, but there was something special about her that put her higher than her peers.

Now though, Beyonce is on the way to legend status whereas the hype for Britney has slowed down.

I wanna go has the most views on her VEVO chanel than any of the videos from the FF era, so it was kinda big, not a smash, but still performed realy well WW and domestically. And yeah, Hold It Against me is kinda forgotten by many(so unfortunate, it's a great song).
