Sennek, on the other hand, brings boredom to a new level. I liked her song in the beginning, but now I find it hard to listen to. It's faaaar less impactful than City Lights, and staging is bland and uninspired. Also, the dress is horrible 

Tbh, all the vocals are on a good level this year, so if that's the only thing that makes it stand-out, you're not in a good place. People will forget it after all the huge songs that come after him. I never said Uegent was bad tho, but I don't see how he can close to the final in this semi-final.

I do agree that City Lights was a better song, like by far. But Blanche her dress was worse, Blanche was super awkward on the stage and Blanche her vocals weren't that good. I do think Sennek is totally giving it on stage, from what I heard the camera shots are really good and the vocals are way more better than Blanche her vocals. I do agree that the song would be in a better spot after a faster song and it can be boring if you're not in the mood for it.

I agree, but he has THE vocals and emotion. Maybe I am wrong, we'll see. 

Regarding Sennek, stage looks empty and her singing is so-so. I expected more. I really think this won't be enough for qualification. And I am totally fine with that because in my book, there are more than 9 songs which I like more 

Btw, every comment I make about first rehearsals means little until I see how the performance will actually look like on TV. Then we can really argue about who's flopping

We are all touching in the dark at this point, but it’s always nice to discuss! 

He might have an advantage thanks to the less ballads in this semi. It’s raw but I don’t feel the emotions just yet, besides a bit of anger, nnn.

She might be a surprise non-qualifier. Like I said in my top, she might do worse than people are thinking right now. I still think she might come through on screen. We’ll have to wait for that indeed. Someone from Wiwibloggs said it right too, Belgium always improves a lot with the rehearsals.

Chez Republic is doing all things right this year! They succeed to give their song a clean, young and great staging. After all the darkness from Belgium we will get a lot of colour! They aren’t lying, they are coming for the final again. Well done Mikolas.

I don't like it, but he is going for "we are 3 cute guys" so it might be cute in the end with HD cameras. As long as his 2 dancers are hot then it's ok. 

But yeah it makes me cringe.

Anyhow, back to 🇱🇹Lithuania. Their staging was really intimate and might get the ballad points this semi. Ieva might surprise us.
