The chorus doesn't have a punch. The whole "sexy cute and innocent girl" shtick is really awkward—to the point that it came out as forced. But it's Miley, she's still young and she's back after a long break looking so different and scrubbed off clean, I think people are gonna eat it up thanks to her name...
