It's bad that even supposed fans don't get her most of the time. But possibly the OP hasn't seen that many BTWB videos? Or they prefer ledscreens with vivid, changing backdrops... The dystopian/utopian sci-fi themes and the political/social commentary are amazingly interwoven and the imagery (including the castle) for me depicts everything BTW is about perfectly and more - she even added new, surprising layers on top of it which is something I never expected. But I agree, she should find more ways to use it - build some better bridges and cool archways. I'm sure she will, it seems like a very tough set piece to get used to working on. It cannibalizes the stage (I don't know if it's a correct translation, I just checked wordreference.com ) It's just there for two hours doing nothing. During most of the songs, she's just singing in front of the castle, and when she's inside it, she's just walking here and there and jump. It's too big and stupid. There's no movement, it's too fixed. Totally useless. I WANT MOTHER****ING SCREENS. I WANT SOMETHING DYNAMIC. BURN THAT **** CASTLE!!!!!!!!! (Well at least she's singing perfectly live and the songs and outfits are great, otherwise that tour would be total ****.) Have you even seen the show yet? The castle is ****ing perfection. Changes color and does other things, it just doesn't stand there and look pretty. *At first glance , I didn't like it I thought she was trolling us, then when the final product I was amazed at what it could do.
