Except I'd be pretty sure that ticket prices and demand is/are/will be much higher this time round I remember tickets being sold on the secondary market for like €30-€40 for an ArtRave show right up to a couple of days before. They both have not been to Russia since 2012 when they both spoke up about gay rights at their concerts there and they both were sued by Russia for $1m. I doubt either of them will go back until the gay propaganda law is changed because they both broke it. (Neither of them stopped in Russia during the artRAVE or Rebel Heart tours).
