Oh okay I got it

You connect your Spotify account and it automatically follows Gaga's official playlist. Then you have to create a new playlist including The Cure (I guess you can have any other songs), then you have to submit the URL of that playlist for it to be featured on Gaga's profile.

It's for The Cure promo, basically.

Don't forget to include a track from my debut EP in your playlists
