Brown Eyes is actually one of my favorite Gaga songs to sing along to.

Again Again is meh, but for some reason I love the lyric "My birthday's comin'/And if I had one wish/Yeah you'd be it".

Don't get the Again Again hate. It's nothing groundbreaking, but it's cute. I mean, at least she actually wrote it herself, unlike the other ballad listed.

Lou Reed wrote Brown Eyes for David Bowie, but he rejected it. Later Gags and Rob Fusari bought the rights to it and swapped out a few words here and there, but it's largely unchanged from the original demo.

Gaga writtes a much smaller percentage of her work than her fan base often believes tbh

 

3/4 of people here genuinly believe she writes a good 80% of her material when realistically shes responsible for 50% to 60% at best.

 

Possibly it could be even less as we dont really know exactly behind the scenes when she collaborates with writtters how much comes from who. We only know what she says
