What do Fans Mean by "Fillers" on BTW?

Yeah, to me, the only fillers are HML, The Queen & Fashion Of His Love and they´re , so f---  it!

Fillers are songs that don't have single potential but are there to flesh out the album. 

TF is dragged by little born this waysters for fillers when almost any song on that album could have been a single.

BTW has many fillers such as Government Hooker, Americano, Bad Kids, Highway Unicorn, Black Jesus+Amen Fashion, Electric Chapel, The Queen, Heavy Metal Lover, Hair, Bloody Mary.  

This doesn't mean they aren't good. I actually like bad kids, the queen, HML, but the fillers do absolutely nothing for the album.

Joanne 'doesn't have any fillers' because none of the songs are spectacular and it's hard to pick which mediocre song is the most mediocre

To me a filler is a throwaway song that doesn't really mean anything and doesn't have much artistic input put into it. For example I find that an album like Glory is just full of filler tracks that don't really mean anything, same with Little Mix albums and other acts like that. When Gaga makes an album it always seems like she puts effort into every single song, probably helps that she writes her music so to me none of it feels like filler

I bolded some of her best songs. I wouldn't remotely call any of these fillers. That being said, I don't think I'd consider any of her albums to have fillers. Perhaps she could work on editing, removing some lesser songs, but I truly don't believe someone who writes all their own songs can have filler. That's reserved for single-oriented pop albums.

There are no fillers on BTW, every tracks earns and deserves it's place. TFM and Joanne have no fillers either in my eyes.

And your statement about BTW is so incorrect. You're classifying Government Hooker, Bloody Mary, Americano, Hair, and even HML as fillers???......All of those songs fit in more with the theme, message, and music of BTW better than I Like it Rough, Boys Boys Boys, and Summerboy do for TF. Hell even Teeth should technically be classified as a filler going by your logic.
