I saw just dance video on MTV and I thought it was Christina Aguiler and the song seemed good not great. Then I heard poker face in a cd store like a month later and I dug it but then forgot about it until I saw the video on top 20 countdown, the obsession started right away✌️

I heard Poker Face and Bad Romance pretty soon after they were released and I immediately enjoyed both of them. I remember Poker Face also from the films "The Karate Kid" and "Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief". When I was visiting Thailand in 2010 I remember watching Gaga's Bad Romance -music video in my hotel room several times when it was playing on MTV and I quite liked it. However, I really didn't pay attention to her and her music yet but I realized she was that "big thing" right now. Some time after I had created profile on facebook (yes, there was a time when facebook was actually still a new thing)  I noticed one of my friends was fan of hers. I have no idea why I didn't pay more attention to Gaga back then and now I really regret it because I missed some great tours.

I became Gaga fan about half year ago, I guess, when Joanne was released. About a year ago I borrowed Born This Way -album from a library and thought it was pretty interesting, and I thought Judas is a really catchy song. Later I started to watch more of her music videos and her interviews and slowly started to realize how incredibly talented, creative, and versatile artist she is. I have always thought she's incredibly sexy too. I also listened to Applause countless times when I was playing GTA V on my pc. Literally slaying people in the game while listening to Gaga slaying was kind of fascinating. Suddenly I became a stan. I'm not even sure what happened but I just started to become completely obsessed with her and now I always want to see her every interview and performance I can find.

The first Gaga' song I heard was Poker Face and I thought "Her voice reminds me of Christina Aguilera" lol

I thought she was odd, and sounded a lot like Gwen Stefani, but I liked her because she was an underdog and so many people didn't know what to think of her at first and kinda wrote her off. I love being a fan of the underdog, so that was my initial attraction, plus the songs were catchy and fun.

Though I didn't fall in love until I saw her on the Fame Ball tour in a small theatre in Tampa (back in April, 2009 I believe) - I was only about 15 feet away from her the majority of the show and I remember being in awe of how confident and energetic she was live. Her voice was so strong, and simply blew me away - we also got to meet her after the show which was awesome AND it only cost me the purchase of her album at the venue, which she autographed for me. I've been stanning for her ever since.

My story is kind of similar! On weekends I'd wake up to VH1's Top 20 Video Countdown. At the time, they played Christina Aguilera and Gaga (Poker Face). I thought they were the same woman or just the typical pop blonde.  I didn't like her nor Poker Face. 

Later I came around. Started to play whole album (The Fame) on repeat. I had fallen under the spell of this flawless witch!
