calm down, this whole thing is to boost her streaming power. some more strategic moves and she'll crack it.

This song has the right feel, it'll do well. Once she starts getting a good spot on those spotify lists, so e more traditional promotion will help. But it's also good to no promote it too much unless it's from an upcoming EP. Which i dont see how she had the time to create but we never know

Don't get me wrong, all I want for Gaga is success. I just hope she doesn't put out singles and let them fare on its own without giving them aid at all.

yeah i get that. but i strongly believe they have plans that are not just realing and exhausting promotion

if she wants to go to tv she might be waiting for a first trailer of asib. imo its the project that can generte more buzz and this promo would do well on day shows, which she done none.

and theres the video plus radio picking it. but surely theres an known agenda for when its the best time to really get aggressive.

The movie comes out September next year, that means the trailer will come months before the release of that film which is probably January or February of 2018 though, how is that supposed to help The Cure which needs promotional boost now, not next year.

Still unless you're Drake or Ed Sheeran, I doubt radio alone would bring The Cure to the top 10. With that said, I don't expect promotion from her because I understand she's really busy with the movie, Coachella's second show and developing the Joanne World Tour, which all consume time.

She can definitely promote with her schedule. It takes an hour out of her day to drop into a tv studio and be the musical guest. Play the song on piano for the view or smth and show up on Ellen with a full performance. Job done.

There are other ways. They could set the mv as a youtube ad which will explode streaming.

Glad to see it growing on Spotify. Streaming has become so crucial as demonstrated when we all watched Million Reasons climb to #1 on itunes a few times pre-Superbowl only for radio to ignore it and the streaming to be awful - thus its Hot 100 chart peak in the late 50s pre SBHT.

If you have a desktop, laptop, or ipad, download Spotify and listen on there - the mobile version on iphone is absymal since you don't get to control what you listen to on the free tier and are forced to listen to everything on shuffle.
