I think the video will be released once the song reaches 50m audience on pop alone. If the video was to be released lets say this friday no one would watch it because the song isnt popular. Imo and from my experience with other songs during the streaming era most of the releases take approx one month and a half to get very popular among casual listeners and yt is slowly fading away except for Latin America. So the video wont drastically help the song because videos are not that important nowadays.

Apparently radios look at shazam/shazam sends data to radios because if you shazam the song it's because you like it and want to know the song
