so wait, does that mean that it'll still be federally funded, it's just that states can decide not to give the federal money to PP?

So in NY for example, if the state decides too, it can still get fed money and give it to PP.

This is idiotic considering the Republican states are probably the ones that need these services the most.

Okay. So it's gonna be like the Medicaid expansion then. I wonder what states will deny funding. Likely many ruby red states but whta about more purplish states.

33 of 50 states are red governors. 34 of 50 are red in BOTH houses of the legislature. 

Not a good sign for PP.

Yeah I know but will all those states defund? Considering the reaction some states currently under red control had to the Medicaid expansion being cut, I question if all GOP held states will go thru with it.
