Patiently waiting for New York Times, they usually conduct their own investigation (investigative journalism ftw!)

I hope they pick it up. I like reading there articles as well!

From the official report:

"What We Found: The total amounts of errors corrected in HUD’s notes and consolidated financial statements were $516.4 billion and $3.4 billion, respectively. There were several other unresolved audit matters, which restricted our ability to obtain sufficient, appropriate evidence to express an opinion."

So they can not confirm it is fraud, but $500 Billion were in errors

And what exactly make up those errors? Is it wrongful spending? Transitions with new provisions and service providers? And what is classified as an error in these terms? I just see a lot of conclusions here. I understand your concern. You're definitely in the minority when it comes to not liking Obama and whatnot, but there needs to be an analysis of the entire report and it's findings for people like us. Did you also read the report from Courtney Timberlake?

That's great. But you're also commenting on how non reputable sources are posting about this HUD finding. Plus "Obama Mishandled $516 Billion" is not a fair and balanced headline. We all know that Obama isn't the head of HUD. He's the President of course, but come on. At least wait until you have a good case. Like I said before, no one knows what's going on. And there's zero experts on these matters on GGD.

Reporting articles about what Trump or his administration does when it is negative is not "anti-Trump" It's literally just reporting what is happening.

This thinking leads people to call things "fake news" when it doesn't align wih their views.

Many of his supporters think reporting on what he does = anti Trump

It is not.

I do know that $516 Billion in errors on financial statements and that this happened under the Obama Administration led by Mr. Obama. This is a big deal, $500 Billion is a lot of money and I would like to know what happened to it? I think we need more investigations into this and to hold those accountable, accountable for their actions

I really want the mainstream media to pick this up and encourage an independent investigation to get the bottom of this.

Still, 500 B is too damn high

Wow I guess the GOP / Russia fake news propaganda machine still works on some people. Great job @Gaga Monster, Bannon and Miller are super proud of your hard work doing exactly what they want you to do.

There's nothing harder for people to do than admit they were fooled.

Well I can assure, as of now, I do not support Mr. Trump's actions, words, tweets, or agenda.

Well, I took some Accounting classes in high school and what I can tell you is, to the best of my knowledge, here, some assets might have been purposely overstated (increase in value) or understated (decrease in value) to make sure everything seems balance (that is debit = credit), and to reflect a seemingly smooth operation. Not all financial statements reflect the current state of the business/operation. Like here, some figures (in the unaudited financial reports) might have been edited to achieve a desired result, which is what the audited report is suggesting, like hiding unnecessary spendings.

This is from the Inspector General, an official Government Document. How is that fake news? You sound like Trump:toofunny: When something goes against you, you say it is Fake News:toofunny:

And how exactly is this stuff handled btw? You're talking about this in such simplistic manners. Again, this isn't in the hands of Obama. There are other people that have closer ties to these issues. You're going against your "fair" statement and blaming Obama right off the gate.

And you're not answering my concerns from previous posts. This isn't a topic for us to be talking about. Even if this were about Trump, no one here should be assuming anything.

Do you really not realize that Trump and his entire campaign / administration is under FEDERAL INVESTIGATION for TREASON and ESPIONAGE?

Do you really have no idea that this is Trump administration's 2nd red herring of the week (after Susan Rice) to distract from the Russia investigations?

Do you really not know that all the sources you cite when you post / cited as having 'picked up' on this are funded, sourced and supported by Trump's network?

There's nothing harder for people to do than admit they were fooled.
