The Inspector General is not allowed to say what he thinks when we don't know enough yet. Some accountants think it can be fraud since it is a large sum of money. Why exactly are we the only ones who should be handling ISIS? It's obvious that no one has been or will be a perfect President, but if all you post is negative articles about Obama and don't bother to post Trump's daily catastrophes, then yes you are really biased.
