I think it's because the casting call today asked for fans who wanted to be extras in the film to dress in western attire. But that's only going to be in one part of the film and could very well be Bradley's part if following the Barbara Streisand version of the film.

Well, Diane is very versatile in her music choices so that could become anything. But I'm not so sure about the dance-pop route.

Whether this film is a flop or a sucess, it showcases Gaga following directly in the footsteps of Judy and Barbra. This movie will serve as the official canonization of her as the greatest gay icon of our generation. Not that she had any competition.

I haven't really been following it and my emotions don't light up and fizz when I see a thread about it but I'm not not here for it  Like when we start getting clips and stuff I might become excited but otherwise I'm just here and more than happy anyway because I'm so looking forward to the tour  Really glad that she's got a big part in a movie and that it's something that she's probably ecstatic about though

I actually think she's a pretty great actress. On AHS she had some amazing scenes, especially the one when she's getting sewn up and Sally has to use the children for the infusion. It was so raw and real, I still get goosebumps. I think a lot of time Ryan Murphy was obsessed with creating this character for her and the character came across a bit stale at times, with nothing to do with her acting. But thats just my opinion

Yes, because Gaga can have another opportunity to win an Oscar if she acts really well, we get to hear new music even if it's not "pop", and she's going to have a reason to do promo...  

No, because it's distracting from her focus on the Joanne era, releasing a new single, etc...
