What an excellent manager he was

+ He knows exactly what he's doing unlike others

Thank u Troy for all the things u did for Gaga

Yes, let Gaga be depressed due to her management and a forced career for the sake of 'rekindled magic' :/

Gaga literally explained that the lifestyle and schedule that was forced on her by her management was the main cause of her PTSD. Troye is at the root of a lot of issues that Gaga still has to deal with.

I would in NO WAY would I call him a good manager OR businessman. Good managers try to make sure their clients are healthy, and in good conditions to deliver great work. Not only did he neglect to notice all of the mental and physical issues Gaga was going through - he also knowingly thrusted her into one of her most ambitious projects ever when she still had a lot of healing to do. And then he left her crashed and burned out.

It's exactly like Gaga said. "It's one thing to put a train in the tracks". Troye did that brilliantly - with the "help" of Gaga's amazing work and creative content. But the real challenge is to keep the train maintained, fueled and in peak condition, and knowing when you need to slow down. And that's where Troye showed what kind of manager he really is.

perfectly explained. Being a great manager isn't just about results. Thank you.

He was the best manager, no mmatter what, he and Lady Gaga's old team was perfection! Miss all them.

Here's to our brand new start, I won't be waiting for nothing. I'll mend the broken parts. Pick up the pieces,

i just think when someone's physical and mental health is put in a vulnerable & dangerous position bc of someone else then its not about opinions anymore & it just recognizing that some people aren't good at managing other people. what he did to her in the end trumps everything that he did in the beginning. he's a ****ing asshole & i have no respect for the people (and their "opinion") on here who are ignoring what troy has done to her physically & mentally forever.

of course he was good in the career aspect, but for gaga and the fans who are about her integrity and personal health and well being, Bobby is miles BEYOND.

Walk down the runway but don't puke, it's okay. You just had 10 donuts today. Without frosting.

Exactly.  At the end of the day, what matters most in life is not professional concerns, but the kind of person you are.  Caring about people is far more important than money.   Good people lift people up and don't abandon them and cause them harm and leave them to pick up the pieces maybe for the rest of their life.

I live outside the space time continuum.

IMO a good manager is the one who besides handlng well their client's career, CARES ABOUT THEM. He did a great job as long as he had his mind set on Gaga but leaving her right before her album dropping is pretty shi**y. So... I don't know if he's that good, ya know. Anyway, what's in the past is in the past I guess. :classy::bye:

I disagree. I think it's important to be able to separate business decisions from personal feelings/relationships. Someone may be your enemy in the boardroom and your best friend in life--and if you aren't able to separate that, it all goes down in flames. Ultimate I think both Gaga and Troy were unprofessional in allowing themselves to form a personal relationship that interfered with their business relationship.

Cam you all stop listing Gaga's commercial success while Troy was a manager? Because here nobody is questioning Troy's capabilities as a manager (or at least I am not). I am just saying that he was just greedy, he was there for the money and this is proven by the fact that he left her when he found a better deal and she was broken. Troy is human, yes, but I just want to remind you that Gaga is human too.

He left because people lost interest in her (and that's horrible). And I am not talking about ARTPOP era, I'm speaking about the end of the Born This Way era. Lady Gaga was not a thing anymore.

I don't know. But I know for sure that towards the end of the Born This Way era everyone was dragging her, the media in the first place.
