It will be built, they are getting designs now and working with construction companies. The only problem is that WE are going to pay for it. It is going to cost U.S taxpayers $20-$25 billion. Instead of building the wall with all that money, lets fund social programs that help the homeless and hungry people and get people working again that need jobs!

This happened with the fence too. Private land was illegally acquisitioned by the government, laws were torn up, burial grounds were disturbed, and areas were caught between the fence and the Mexican border because you can't build near the river that serves as a natural border.

As we've been saying for literally years, building a fence was ill advised and pointless, building a wall is just down right stupid.

I disagree with that one. I think the problem is that people actually want this thing built in the first place  But the rest of your post is spot on. There's plenty of worthy things we could put that money towards rather than something that will (but won't) stop about 15% of illegal immigration.
