According to his mother, Jennifer Collins, Zelinski will sit and listen to Lady Gaga for hours pulling up her songs and music videos on his tablet and other devices. “Born This Way,” “Just Dance,” “Paparazzi,” and “Poker Face” are some of his favorite songs. He has done school reports on Lady Gaga and frequently checks out her biography at the library. “She has just been a kind of inspiration to him,” his step-father Ryan Collins said. “He definitely gets her music.” The family already has tickets to the Sept. 10 Lady Gaga concert in Philadelphia, so Zelinski will get to see his favorite entertainer in person, but the family is looking to take it one step further – they want him to meet Lady Gaga. Many have also asked if the family has contacted the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Jennifer Collins said Zelinski is indeed a Make-A-Wish child and had a wish granted to go to Disney World when he was 5 years old, which was just the start of his days of listening to Lady Gaga. “It’s not about money, it’s not about raising money to buy one of those expensive tickets, it’s more of a reach out and see if she’ll get back with us,” Ryan Collins said. Collins added that through media resources and enough of push on social media he believes the request can reach Lady Gaga. A video was created by Jessica Mondi and shared on Jennifer Collins’ Facebook page. As of Thursday evening, the post had been seen by more than 10,000 people and shared by more than 500. “That’s the good thing about social media, this stuff right here, these stories,” Ryan Collins commented. “When you start seeing positive and inspirational things, it tends to put smiles on people’s faces.” Zelinski’s parents said that if this comes to fruition and he is able to meet Lady Gaga it would bring “great warmth” to their heart and soul. “It would be a beautiful moment,” Ryan Collins said. “It would mean everything to us to see him happy.” Stream Kylie-Janet Discographies! Maybe @Admin or whoever run the GGD social media can help sharing the campaign and make unique hastag with it whilst mentioning Lady Gaga at it? Exactly. 9 short years ago I was one of the people who rolled their eyes at the people who waited outside of hotels and followed their fave celeb on Twitter. But that was before a tiny Italian woman from NYC came into my life and changed everything. Now I totally get it ♥️. She became my surrogate "mama" in a way. She never told me to wipe my makeup off or change my clothes. She loved me for the sassy, quirky, artsy chick that I am. They say that God works in mysterious ways and I think that gaga is living proof of that. I love you monsters.
