Joanne is timeless

I see so many people say that its dated, but I think its quite the opposite. True, it does have a 60s/70s vibe to it, but the sound itself is timeless. Its not "fresh" by any means or ahead of its time, but it has a classic sound. It would sound great released in 1970 and just as great in 2070. I actually see it being a signature Gaga album and it getting the most catalog sales in the future

Haven't listened to it at all, this year. That goes for the remaining discography.

We've had the same single for the past 6 months.

One simply does not enter a studio with Ronson and leave with 11-13 songs, to be released.

Idk why but I can see JOANNE becoming that "underrated" album in the far future if y'all get what I mean  :emma:

It is. I love it so much.

I love it so much. It's my 2nd favorite Gaga. It will be looked back on as a great piece of work.

I think you guys need to listen to it again from start to finish. Bless yourselves.

Lady Palutena

I agree, it's a very lovely and diverse piece of work. One of my favorites from her, next to Born This Way and and ARTPOP :golfclap:

But still, some people just gave poor taste, that's not Gaga's fault.

I think it's her least likely release to become dated

I would say it has a "classic" sound because of the acoustic songs and the country vibe, but the more dance songs are not timeless

Well it uses instruments that didn't become old even after decades but that still doesn't make the album interesting to me

It's hard for me to pick between Joanne and Born This Way, they are my favorite Gaga albums

Life has a hopeful undertone |-/
