You want to the difference? Blackout is a lot more underground and not as radio-friendly as FF, and it's also a bit more R&B-oriented. I hear nothing like Toy Soldier and Piece of Me on Femme Fatale.

You're comparing the two albums I said were standouts so obviously I don't think they sound alike. I was referring to every other album shes ever made. I could easily hear tracks from Circus on In The Zone or even Britney.

oops Sorry about that. Sort of missed your last sentence. but yeah still. just to give u a little overview

BOMT (very loosen productions on certain tracks, she actually used her strong voice), OIDA (Solid production, she started using her 'signature' breathy voice), Britney (start to include urban tracks. although still somewhat teen-pop oriented. the productions were a bit more stripped down like on Cinderella and Bombastic Love.), In The Zone (completely urban, not as melodious as Britney), Circus (A bit more mainstream compared to the highly experimental Blackout, did not feature as much synthesizer as Femme Fatale did, and started including slow ballads again.)

Lots of this have to do with her (or her label's, who knows) choices of producers, which is quite brilliant.

I don't like them, I really don't. I'm giving it another try when the album comes out in full, maybe then I'll like it, but I can't get into these snippets

The thing about Rihanna is that she's just following the trend .. she's not doing anything risky or innovative. She uses the same voice on every album and just goes there, sings and let's her producers take care of the rest. She's just a product, and I'm not saying this in a bad way.. if people like plastic music they have the right to like it, but it's just not going anywhere and it's just music for money.

Right now is epic tho.

Is it me or does the cover not really fit the album?

Totally agree. She should have picked something more classy. That cover will lead to unnecessary hate/criticism tbh

It just looks like the full body version of the talk that talk cover with words all over her, it should of been something with clouds or a more classy natural feel.

Wolf Boy

Talk That Talk was hit and miss and felt rushed.

Unapologetic feels like Rihanna going back to a sound that was much more appealing, Rated R. I can't wait.

Looks like RiRi has another # 1 album.

But her album never went to #1 lol.
