I needed to say that the title sounded cool but the real song is ****. Diamonds - 9.25 out of 10 I had heard it before and I didn't like it. But now It has grown on me so much. I love it. Amazing song. Beautiful lyrics. Its got a dark, hippy vibe and sounds alternative at the same time. Great. Numb (Feat. Eminem) - 6.5 out of 10 What the phuck is this beginning? Sounds cool but weird at the same time. This song is so urban and hip-hoppy. Rihanna's vocals sound weird though. This song also gets repetitive. Weird but cools, really urban and kinda 'industrial' Eminem's part is also good. To sum up: weird, repetitive, but good! Power It Up - 5 out of 10 It sounds like we haven't changed songs! Sounds like a continuation of Numb. This sounds so urban and hip-hoppy too. Rihanna's vocals seem the same to me again (Really equal to Numb). Looks like Rihanna's is following a kinda rap-scheme on this album. Repetitive lyrics very fast over urban beats. Hello, I'm getting bored of this. It's not that this song is bad, but It sounds the same as Numb and It's kinda repetitive too. Loveeeee Song (Feat. Future) - 4 out of 10 Oh! The intro sounds really cool and b---hy. I thought of 'Bitch Don't Kill My Vibe' to be honest. But, why has Rihanna gone so urban and hip-hoppy on this album? It is not her style. At least the instrumental in this song is better. This sounds a bit boring again (I think that I should change 'Phresh Off The Runway' score just because It sounds different, tbh lol. Well I am not changing it.) To sum up: This song is again boring, the instrumental is a bit cool, but not too much. Future's part is really average. You could fall asleep to this song to be honest. Jump - 7.25 out of 10 The intro! How much rush! Oh yeah that breakdown is really good I love it! I can see 'Rated R' influence on this song, to be honest. The verses could be a bit faster or less boring, but they are fairly good. The instrumental is pretty good! To sum up, this song is really good, the verses are a bit boring but the breakdown and music is really good! It's fresh and not repetitive as the former ones! It's a very good dubsteppy song! Right Now (Feat. David Guetta) - 8 out of 10 This starts so good! Oh, I'm gonna like this, It sounds so catchy. What? The breakdown is really poor. Not again this beat Guetta you are so reductive. The verses are good I love them! Catchy, as I thought! Everything on this song is really good, but the breakdown is a bit poor! But I really loved it! It's a very good song to party/jam to! It sounds so summerish! I love it! (: Really good song, generic yet amazing. What Now - 8.5 out of 10 Oh yes, a different style! Ok, I'm here for this. I like it! It is so different but It's so good! The instrumental and the chorus are the best parts to be honest. And, yes, the verses too! To sum up, this song is kind of a pop-ballad but a don't find it sad! It's more like a hopeful song! I really like it! Not boring at all and fresh! Highly recommended! That bridge! The guitar! I love it! Stay (Feat. Mikky Ekko) - 9 out of 10 I got an Adele vibe the first lyrics she sings. This ballad sounds good too! It's less catchy than 'Right Now' but It's very good! Looks like ballads are Rihanna's strong point on this album! 'Not really sure how to feel about it' 'I want you to stay' Very romantic and good song! It's peaceful but not sad! Mikky Ekko's part is better than expected! This song kinda reminds me of 'Diamonds' but this is happier. Rihanna's vocals are chilling on this song. This song is iconic, to be honest. Sounds like something the world could easily remember, It's quite powerful. I am in love with it. One of Rihanna's best love songs ever. Nobody's Business (Feat. Chris Brown) - 7.75 out of 10 This song sounds really 80s. It is fresh and catchy. The verses are the best thing on the song. She mixes an urban vibe with the 80s one! This song is not something you could really want to listen to when you're walking on the streets, but if you feel inspired enough to listen to it you'll really enjoy it! I usually don't like 80s songs or 80s styled songs, but this one is different. Chris Brown does it well.I don't like him very much, but It's the truth. Love Without Tragedy-Mother Mary - 8.75 out of 10 This is going to be long! The song starts really good. The instrumental gives me a 80 vibe again, I don't know why. The pre-chorus is outstanding. The instrumental keeps improving as the song goes on! I'm really loving this! It's so weird but amazing! Lol It has changed so much. This seems to be a different song. The lyrics are beautiful. It's a bit long, and you need to be really 'inspired' to start listening to it and finishing it completely. This song is really beautiful in general, It has a deep change at about 2:30 or sth. Lyrics are so powerful and instrumental is amazing. Get It Over With - 4.75 out of 10 Kind of reggae song again. Another hippy sound. I'm getting bored with this. This song is boring. One of the worst on the albums, to be honest. It's hippy but average. Not something I'd listen to everyday or while doing sport. Enough said. No Love Allowed - 5 out of 10 Reggae again lol Jamaican, to be honest. GIOW 2.0. Again It's pretty average and boring, and I repeay myself: 'This song is boring. The 'Uuuh' part is chilling. It's not very powerful, but It's really different! I love it, and the chorus slays your faves! It's hippy and catchy! The chorus! My love for it. I can't express it. I am also glad It's not overproduced! It's flawless! SUMMARY: Definitely a very average album. One of her worst albums. It's so repetitive, It only has some good songs and they are not completely masterpieces (I think that Gaga has used us to receive masterpieces from her so maybe that's the reasond I find this album very mediocre). She should take a break and release a real good album after two years or something. It would have been interesing if she had collaborated with RedOne. The only song I like from the album is Diamonds and Nobody's Business. Truly this album is a complete mess. Besides a few songs. Jump for me is very ehh, I font enjoy the dub step too much. And what now a chorus is hard to listen to. But I really like the album. Phresh off the runway is one of the best songs. It goes harddd. Pour it up and no love allowed are so good too. Personally I felt most of the dance tracks felt stale and lacking while the more "urban" tracks really worked well. I would give it 8/10 tbh.
