To be fair there's a lot of fast cuts in between scenes. It could be intentional or they thought no one would have questioned it. Either way I highly doubt that's Gaga in that specific shot lol.

She didn't specify which scene and the bike driving close ups are obviously in front of green screen. You can see it's her if you watch the video.

They were used for the dance scenes, mainly for Bey, since she wasn't able to stay for more than one day. You won't notice them though because Jonas superimposed Gaga and Bey's faces onto their bodies in certain shots. There are also shots with Gaga where Bey is totally gone since she was only there for one day as mentioned. Here's a tweet from Boomkack that also mentions this

I used to have a clear photo of them on set back when I received images the day they were shooting, but I lost those ages ago and can't seem to find them anywhere online. They were both wearing tulle skirts with head pieces.
