Find the social media accounts of your local arenas (ex: @TSRArena in Phoenix) and tour promoters (ex: @LiveNationPHX) and ask them for these new dates. Oh, @bobby_campbell too. Spam them if necessary. They need to see the demand. Email Live Nation as well (http://help.livenation.com/contact-us/). I just entered the Live Nation Italia website and begged for new dates in the Customer Service section, for instance. This tour is selling out like everywhere, they need to add more dates.
