There's like no similarity other than maybe the tempo but that could match at least a thousand other songs. If anything Cheap Thrills or The Greatest are as close as it gets to being similar with Shape Of You.

So when people point out Gaga's song for sounding like Madonna's (which it barely does) she gets absolutely slated for it with endless comparisons and calls of 'copycat', but when Ed Sheeran does it he just hands over a writers credit to avoid controversy and backlash because he probably knows he stole the melody. This guys got such a calculated 'nice guy' image smh.
