JohnWayne23 5,227
I look back on times periods in music and and think about which ones were the best. I lot of times I think of 2011, when all the pop girls were dominating But there was also a time in music i'm also very fond of and that was the second part of 2008 and the first part of 2009. During that time the major pop girls were: Gaga during The Fame era Beyonce during the I Am Sasha Fierce era Britney during the Circus era P!nk during the Funhouse era old Taylor during the Fearless era Katy Perry during the One of the Boys era T.I. and Kanye were the major male acts at the time: T.I. - "Whatever You Like", "Live Your Life" and "Dead and Gone" during the Paper Trail era Kanye - "Love Lockdown" and "Heartless" the 808's and Heartbreak era The Pussycat Dolls were the dominant group at the time while in their Doll Domination era. "I Hate This Part" and "Jai Ho" ("When I Grow Up" was more summer 2008) One week, at the end of November 2008 the top 10 songs were: 1. Single Ladies - Beyonce 2. Live Your Life - T.I. 3. If I Were A Boy - Beyonce 4. Whatever You Like - T.I. 5. Just Dance - Lady Gaga 6. Hot N Cold - Katy Perry 8. So What - P!nk 9. Womanizer - Britney Spears I'd go back to this time in a flash I created a playlist of songs from that time

Nowadays we have Ed Sheeran, Bebe Rexha, The Chainsmokers, Big Sean dominating the charts I mean they might be good singers but they are in no way as good entertainers as the 2010 stars are, who deserved their chart domination because they not only worked hard in the studio but worked hard on stage.
