This was from back in October, and the contents of this call were widely circulated. It's nothing new.

The important detail with this audio is its source. Breibart posting this means that Bannon is painting his Trump-American Picaso without Paul Ryan, possibly even using the TrumpCare bill to throw him under the bus. Bannon is waging war against republican representitives right now, and it means that we might lose control of whatever "presidential" is left in Trumps actions and demeanor.
