I also can't conclude whether or not Katy touched his butt (even though she clearly walked behind him right before he said that), but if a girl said that Channing Tatum touched her butt, joke or not, people will still think he sexually assaulted her. You can see the intention is just a joke, and in fairness to Katy, I think people could touch her butt jokingly and she'd be fine with it too.
