They should have the framework lied out so they can push it when it's time. Hopefully a video ready along with a push to radio and a tv performance. However, it is VERY vital that they don't push it until MR is getting huge negative updates, pushing a single to early can kill it. Like you said, A-Yo is the best choice for a single, the type of song radio love and the fact that it is stylistically similar to MR shows radio that it has potential.
