True, although a correlation can be drawn when looking at outfits that are more in-tune with the public eye (paparazzi, public events). ... that seemed a bit more common years ago, though. I guess it can still kind of be seen every now and then (very Joanne looking outfits appeared around 2015, mid-2016), but her outfits seemed much more intentional years ago. They still are, but I feel like she used to have much more fun drawing in cryptic analyses from fans.
