Bear in mind that more successful later singles after chillier reception of earlier ones isn't uncommon. This is no more evident than with Sia and This Is Acting. Alive was not exactly a smash by any means, and at that point, I myself actually expected the album to tank from there... And then Cheap Thrills came the hell out of nowhere, and The Greatest rode off of its GP success. Right now, we aren't talking about Gaga's current radio/streaming/GP climate. We're talking about what song (Or songs...ย ย )ย is the most GP-friendly, trendy, catchy, most likely to smash, etcetera. Side note, theย GP doesn't seem to care much about the persona or era behind an artist... ย We can all hear the echoing chasm of never-ending emptiness that is behind every single vapid Chainsmokers lyric.ย edit: Not only this, but Gaga hasn't fed the GP a single, thus far, that is what could currently be considered traditionally trendy. Perfect Illusion was very short, loud, harsh, and rock-oriented. Million Reasons is a heart-felt folk-pop-countryย ballad where she belts the words lord and leather in the same sentence. It's gonna be a massive summer hit. The second has to be Hey Girl. It's a really interesting radio friendly collaboration that can't go unnoticed. Florence has many fans out there too.ย Furthermore, these two are the only songs from Joanne she hasn't performed live until now. So let's see...
