The app disappeared, things changed abruptly, planned art installations never occurred, ACT 2 disappeared regardless of her talking about it and quoting lyrics from it, and then the entire thing was just dropped less than a month after the album's release. I wish she would have just finished it off the way she wanted it to be. Marina finished off Electra Heart and, even though the era became lower and lower budget, she made sure she delivered what she promised. She is a good person who does the best she can for her fans, given the restraints put on her by others. She's the kind of person who thinks of others before herself.
