Gaga looks young and fresh and younger than her real age when she is natural,without make up and she let her skin breathe and live free,on the other hand in her public image and public social celebrity life as a popstar and an icon she looks older like she is in her 40's and we know she wants to do it (even mr Epione said that) ,with much make up especially heavy eyes and dark or red lipstick she looks older,the hairstyles add to that too.So i can say that she ages very well and she is naturally fresh. Katy is something like the opposite of Gaga,when she is without makeup or she isnt styled she looks washed out and too regular and tired like another american girl of next door in her 35's .But whe she puts makeup on and put her outfits and styles her hair she looks like another person,she shines and looks amazing in her real age . In her last video i saw some wrincles and age marks but its ok because she doesnt seem to have any work done.So i can say that they are both in good condition and not so different .

Gaga makes herself look older however she has way better skin than Katy. Both are still young though. This question is better asked in 20 years. If I had to make a prediction though I would say Gaga will age better because Gaga isn't really THAT pale. She has some color/melanin which is why you never see her turn pink in the sun when she goes tanning. Katy is Capser white scandinavian with pink undertones so naturally she will age faster than Gaga because of the lack of melanin. Of course there are ways to alter your aging process like a healthy diet and drug free life.

so whats your point? Have you seen UHQ pictures of Katy with simple makeup? She has crows feet, forehead lines, she has the skin of a 40 year old woman and she's starting to develop sun spots. Gaga makes herself look older with certain makeup, hair styles and wardrobe but the truth is Gaga has better skin because she takes better care of her skin and she's a darker woman than Katy.

Both incredibly beautiful to me. I do think Katy looks better because she looks her age. Gaga (intentionally?) looks a lot older but when the botox face washes off a bit and we get that glimpse of her natural face I'm reminded of how uniquely beautiful she is. Like David Bowie.

Well they both have completely different styles and looks. Katy's more classically beautiful, while Gaga's more daring. Gaga has some honestly pretty ridiculous looks and can look way older than she is, but then there are times when she tones it back and looks very youthful. When Katy has a sillier look she also tends to look older than she is, but not to the extent Gaga does.

I'd say Katy, simply because more often than not she has a flattering appearance. Gaga's up and down and changing around so much that it's hard to tell.
