I was obviously kidding  But this is very smart from her, as I don't see any left parties complaining about the need for western women to wear veils when they go to Islamic countries. So yes, this is a very smart movement from her which may attract some feminist's votes.

She's such a hypocrite, her party itself said that "when you come in our country you should respect the law but also follow our customs & our culture".

So I guess this is only practical when they want it to be.

I really dislike her, but her stance here is good. Although, I find it quite hypocritical that she refuses to wear the hijab, as she shouldn't be subjected to a religion she doesn't practice (her right), yet wants to ban the hijab in France

(But guys keep in mind that in religious/sacred areas, both men and women have standards they need to maintain in clothing and manners. E.g. if you visit Sheikh Zayed mosque in Abu Dhabi, women are required to at least wear a headscarf if you'll be entering the prayer rooms and men need to wear modestly)

But she's not a feminist. She encourages women to have kids and to stay at home to raise them, she encourages women to aspire to be housewives by even wanting them to have a special allowance for being housewives.

She will win but she won't be elected president so
