They haven't spoken publicly about each other for a long time or never appeared on a picture together but... Yesterday Gaga's dancer Asiel was live on Instagram and I made the most of it to ask him questions (many of which he did not answer ). When asked whether Gaga and Riri ever met, he answered that they love and respect each other and that they've been very supportive of each other. It's like when someone says "we should totally hang out sometime."
