And we know MR was a bit of a rush job I think her team is just really good at giving us the illusion () of immediate continuity. Their attention to detail is legendary. My theory: She filmed MR and wasn't 100% satisfied with it so she started planning her next project in "secret" so there'd be less pressure and she could let it all come naturally and freely regardless of the song's status as a single or not. And voila, John Wayne was born and went on to slaughter everyone I hope she does another Joanne trilogy. Even if they are just medium to low budget videos, they're still enjoyable. John Wayne's choreography is in most of the preview videos. Like. We thought some of them were reworked Bad Romance moves... but then I saw JW music video and recognized it all. She did the John Wayne thing where they move their hands around their head in twice in an oval at the beginning of Born This Way. I think they used a lot of the song's choreography in other songs during the SB, like she used the Bad Romance choreo during Paparazzi on SNL.
