Do you instantly hate everything Katheryn does just because she's Katheryn?

ehhh I don't think I ever "hated" her, she did shade gaga sometimes back in the day and it did annoy me, but now it seems like she and Gaga are on good terms. Katy puts out BOPS, lyrics are a hit or miss for me sometimes, but I can't deny that her songs are catchy AF

No I like Katy Perry. In interviews she seems genuine and down to earth. I like her music but I enjoy her older music more! Of course she isn't as creative or talented as Gaga, but she does have her "moments".

Being Honest. NO. I want to like her music but in my oppinion it's too generic and usually meaningless or rather soulless and just catchy rythms and hooks. Not saying that's bad, but coming from her, it is repetitive because as an artist it's all that she has done. Although I used to like her and I'm trying to like her again. + Some things she has done makes it seem as if she liked to copy or take a lot of inspiration from Gaga and sometimes that bugs me since she almost never recognizes it, but still, since Gaga and Katy are friends I want to like her.

But there was a time when I was so anti-Katy, but after a while I moved on. Honestly, it was KatyKats that made it worse. Many, not all, were being just so rude against Monsters just because the ARTPOP era was not performing to expectations, so much so that they, and other fanbases, made Gaga out to be the definitive flop

I'm just glad most Monsters were humbled by those events, but some KatyKats have it coming to them. As much as I love Katheryn, her fans can be very volatile

no.......for example i loved what she did wth those disco balls around the world.........and i hade hopes for CTTR......but its just sam **** over and over again....nothing new.....same old katy

Personally, I do not. I've always found her cute, funny and have totally been down to be open about her music. Her music just doesn't appeal to me and the older I get, the less each of her projects interest me.   When she first came out I liked "I Kissed A Boy" and "Hot and Cold" but not enough to buy the album. But she was ok.   I didn't connect to or like anything from Teenage Dream so I wasn't interested.  With Prism, I DID enjoy "Dark Horse" but it was all over the place so I didn't buy it.  Didn't have to lol.   But I didn't like anything else. Now her first single from her upcoming album sounds monotonous and just blah to me.  I'm going down the line with it all to say how I've really been listening and open to hear her new stuff.  I'd love to like her! It's just not for me.   

Not every pop music lover loves all pop music and while we can shade for fun at times, getting wildly upset about it is ridiculous.  We can all make fun of the people we love. So why go crazy about the rest? There's plenty out there for all tastes.
