Lona Delery 7,214
No, I dislike most of her music because it's kinda basic and her new single is lackluster as well, it's as simple as that. Sometimes it feels like I've got a war in my mind, I wanna get off but I keep riding the ride
Killa 17,476
I like Katy Perry in some aspects, she's a real boss. I don't think she's that different in that aspect from Gaga. And she has some great pop songs, her voice though. Sometimes it works but most of it is a nail piercing my ears. But i like her drive and she can be more versatile than people are saying here
artpoprebellion 325
No, anyone whose opinions of music aren't objective shouldn't be taken seriously. That being said, in my opinion, Chained to the Rhythm is a very underwhelming, average pop song. Don't love it, but don't hate it either.
sipthistea 21,099
I don't like her song because it's pretty weak and common. But it doesn't have anything to do with her.

AlphaMonster 1,806
No. I love some of her songs like Part of Me and Dark Horse. But I have to say I am irritated by Katy because of many things like her usage of "cute" objects everywhere like her beach set in Super Bowl... Sister 9,907
No. I like three of her songs and think that she is a very pretty girl. The future's uncertain and the end is always near.
Noir 17,328
No. If I'm honest I don't really like her but sometimes her music is catchy (By the Grace of God, Not Like the Movies, E.T, Legendary Lovers, Hot N Cold) I'm more mad at the GP for buying into everything she releases when 8 times out of 10 it isn't even that great, for example: Roar, California Gurls, Part of Me, Last Friday Night, Birthday. tonythewitch 450
no. "Teenage Dream" has great songs and visuals, it's a great pop album which deserves the success it had. I think it's the only thing I loved that much from Katy. Otherwize she always seemed kinda generic and middle of the road to me. And "Prism" was a fail to me. There isnt a song on it I like
Mythos 3,199
How can people hate some stars, and even fight stanwars... like seriously, get a life, do something better with the time you have on this planet!

swordstalker 1,829
No. I don't care for her music, and I never have. But she seems like a genuinely cool, nice and funny person. After watching her Super Bowl BTS documentary, I really gained a lot of respect for her. She's bossy, charismatic, confident and knows exactly what she wants. She has the attitude of a leader and is a larger than life popstar in every sense of the word. I miss the days when consummate pop personas like Katy and Gaga ruled the airwaves because they fulfilled the meaning behind pop, which is so much more than just music. It's about touching people, having a palpable impact on pop culture and creating a multifaceted personality whose legacy doesn't diminish.
bujibu 462
I'm just tired of her schtick. Like it's cute but I'm bored of it. And it doesn't help Chained to the Rhythm is rather blah. I'm projecting this might be her weakest album. It'll be well produced but her voice will sound monotone (at least I think it sounds that way). Lol!!! What interview/video is this GIF from? As for Katy, I'm always excited for a new bop from her.
donutellha 13,819
No, her music is nice and digestible. I just dont enjoy her cockblock release dates against gaga. Walk down the runway but don't puke, it's okay. You just had 10 donuts today. Without frosting.
