The song grew on me a bit though. - Back to "John Wayne." Amazing. Brilliant. Out-of-this-world. Gaga at her best. Stunning. Åckerlund and Gaga make magic together. It's crazy but in a fun way. And the fashion! The other vids we got this era are cute, and I appreciate them in a different way, but "John Wayne" just came the f*ck thru. But the ARTPOP film was meant to kind of take place in this "commercial" haven , like a modern Olympus, I just saw it as a way of her taking pop and turning it into art and taking art (like the Lego sculpture, the minecraft segment) and putting it into pop (as in her music video). i don't get the hate for this music video at all Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
