Does "the end" at the end of the video mean this is the last video for this era? Cus gaga said every video this era will follow where the previous one left off. And this "the end" literary kills that chain.

maybe she did it so we couldnt ask for a continuation like we all do for the paparazzi/telephone trilogy :diane:

Maybe it's just me being nostalgic, but I actually don't enjoy JW mv as I used to enjoy past music videos.

I don't know how many of you would share my opinion, but I don't like flashy cinematography (changing the frame 3 times in 1 second over several parts of the video). The video tried to be visually superior, but when I think of the simplicity and yet the brilliance of Judas, it fells flat.

It feels like Judas mv was extremely well put together and everything was well thought into it. You would have very few frame changes and no crazy camera shake, but it would feel extremely satisfying in a way.

I feel like the shaky camera and the epileptic frame changes are used to distract from the lack of a good choreography (it really can't match Judas mv's for example, but also previous ones') and bland screenplay.

The same goes with PI's mv. I have to say JW mv is superior to PI's due to being more colorful, eventful and overall better in screenplay and 'plot'. PI's mv is an exaggerated version of JW's mv, which is already exaggerated by itself.

Don't get me wrong, the video has many redeeming qualities and good bits. It's just feels like over trying.

Please don't drag me too hard, just trying to express a honest opinion here.

Maybe because to put so many ideas into less than 3 minutes video :giggle:

I agree and disagree. I love the JW and PI videos but I also miss videos with longer, more dramatic shots. There's ways to be energetic and powerful without cutting frames a million times a minute. On the other hand, this is a legitimate style of music video. It's not bad.
