Where did you buy it from? It came in a separate e-mail and ended up in my junk folder. Look there. I got mine about 5 minutes after purchase.

I got mine from the store this morning and I got my code in a few minutes in a separate email. I'm getting tickets for Toronto so the country shouldn't matter. I'd check your junk folder. Good luck!

I'm trying to get tickets in Toronto too through the resale with american express thing. However it says I need to type in a code. What code is this? Where do I get it from?

Not sure about American Express as I tried to use my presale code. No luck for me tho. I wanted floor tickets but by 10:02 they were all gone and the best available was in section 300. And of course, the site glitched at the beginning.

How do you cancel an order? It wouldn't let me get 2 tickets or any GA so I'm gonna wait for the public sale but I wanna cancel my order since I only bought something for the code
