Yep, but this is exclusive presales for citi card holders, just marketing deal so people would subscribe to them, same thing with AMEX ones.

Especially considering that is the venue for my show, it would be helpful to know  The fact i'm considering spending $1500 for a picture with Gaga and 5 strangers shows that I need to check my priorities, but I'm desperate and can almost afford it

Looking into it online, it can sometimes happen if your internet is connected with an apartment complex, or some kind of public place. It's to prevent one or two people from buying an excessive amount of tickets.

But I was at home (which isn't an apartment), and had only visited the website one or two times recently, so I'm not sure how it ended up happening
