I was literally just looking at this website (since ticketmaster blocked my IP ). Idk if it is just for citi card holders, or if it will be open to anyone once the general sale begin. I sent the Q an email about it for clarification.

Especially considering that is the venue for my show, it would be helpful to know  The fact i'm considering spending $1500 for a picture with Gaga and 5 strangers shows that I need to check my priorities, but I'm desperate and can almost afford it
