I think the worry was that our fanbase would be so divided again by the halftime show how we were for PI and the release of MR not to mention Joanne as an album itself and our reaction to it. So it was very refreshing and unexpected to be so blown away and have the whole fanbase united and loving something so much when it's been awhile. And now that we're here, tbh it feels surreal. If this is a dream, i don't ever want to wake up. I love her so much and she deserves every success in the world. That's the thing that always amazes me about monsters. We've been through so much together and yet we always find a way to make it through in one piece. We are NOT a fanbase. Seeing all of those monsters surrounding the stage made me realize what's truly important. People ask me all the time "do you think gaga loves her monsters as much as she says she does?" and I honestly say "yeah" because Sunday was proof of that. She healed us when we needed her the most and we healed her when she needed us the most. Sunday was just her way of saying "thank you". The bond that we monsters and gaga share is something truly incredible and I thank god everyday for it. "What you and I have little monsters isn't just for a moment. It's for LIFE".
