Bowie's spiders were from Mars actually And watch the Black Star music video.... In the beginning there is the late astronaut, Major Tom/Bowie laying on a surface of a planet. Than the mysterious girl takes his bejeweled skull and pass his soul to this girl that is the new ' black star'. Also remember that during the Bowie tribute spider came out of her eye, right when she was singing Space Oddity - 'Ground control to Major Tom'. They can't scare me, if I scare them first. Her outfit was very the fame era, and i think that this is the second stage of her rebirth, with the dive bar/crop top shorts being her pre-fame era. I think we can expected fame monster attire soon. FameGa was in her own league in comparison to every iteration of Gaga thereafter.
