At Fenway they are very very careful to notate that a seat has an obstructed view. It'll never happen to me because I always look info about the stage layout because I like to spend my money right on shows, but I still think this show obstructs way too much, and I've said it since the beginning. Like, I'm seeing Roger Waters in 2 weeks in 5th row floor, but I mean the dude drops a whole replica of the battersea power station in the middle of the arena midshow and yet found a way for the whole arena to have the most visibility despite that. I have only been to a stadium show, so I havent experienced the arena stage personally yet (Mohegan here I come), but like you, I am always very very careful about picking out my seats.
