english is not my first language. that's praise, right? or is it underhanded shade? i really can't tell. im sure she means well tho and i love them both.

anyway i'm glad really glad people are happy this is the kind of energy she needs.

It sounds like a praise to me. She means Gaga has more potential to show in the future (therefore she is not over yet)

Marina has always liked her, but she's pretty critical when it comes to music. She thinks that Gaga made a compromise when she decided to be a pop star, because she's so talented. That's why Marina thinks Gaga will show what she's capable of when she let's go of music like Poker Face and Bad Romance aka dance pop. And now she has basically done it with her performances (Sound Of Music tribute, Super Bowl 2016 and 2017 etc.) and albums (Cheek To Cheek, Joanne) :unicorn:

I'm pretty sure this is about Gaga. I also thought of bat'leths:

For those who don't know what we're talking about, a bat'leth is a bladed weapon (hence why dancing with one is inadvisable) that looks like this:

KLINGON%20BAT'LETH.jpg

as used by Klingons in Star Trek: The Next Generation.

For those who'd dispute whether a parody account based on a fictional character counts as a celebrity, I say: Pshaw! Whatever that means.

Waiting for the approval from Trump :gum:

I actually think her performance was "moderately" political in a sense (no, it wasn't like "**** you trump!") but it was uniting and not divisive (not that I think that matters :ladyhaha: ) and the Conservatives seem to be eating it up for now :sis:
