It was 'his', but they weren't just his - he wanted a lot of land around his house to just be trees and stuff to block people out, because he's famous, but Hawaiians also had rights to use the land how they wished. Zuckerberg got upset he couldn't buy the land from them and push them off like he wanted to, so he tried to sue them and make families get off the land he bought without their permission. :laughga: That failed.
