That'll be the moment we get a president-elect (after November). The radical Republican congress refused to do their jobs in the name of politics. Admit it and stop trying to pretend like what they did was normal. There is no question about it, they robbed Obama of a Supreme Court appointment that was rightfully his. It was underrepresented. But now Trump is our President, it's his nomination to make. The Supreme Court has not always functioned with 9 Justices; it has had a lower cap. So yeah, why not? Republicans were ABSOLUTELY ready to this if Hillary had won. Hence where I got the argument.
