That you can enjoy music without it being a hit :lolly:

Lose control. Let go and fall. Do you get the satisfaction?

honestly, it means to be myself and not giving a damn about what society says and what other think. other than that, being kind, compassionate and appreciating the art and music of our queen Lady "GaGa" :v:

Being a monster gives me hope that I'll be the president of the United States one day:ladyhaha:

I'm a monster because Lady Gaga is my all time fav. I've committed to being a fan of Gaga forever, she's entertained me for 8 years and no matter what the future holds I'll always be a fan for that.

Remembering to try and hold onto these values:

- Bravery

- Individuality

- Compassion

- Open mindedness

- Creativeness

- Kindness

- And also caring about Gaga as a person and  an artist, because she's the one who affected us so deeply with her music and her strong words and messages.

It means having a deep connection to Gaga and feeling like she's a loved one. Wanting the best for her, because she's brought out the best in you.

I mean, we all forget these things sometimes, but I think these are the core values of a 'real little monster'. Otherwise you're more of a regular music fan. It's above and beyond fanship, it's family.

Spoiler

And we're brothers and sisters too in a way. We should help each other out too, because the weirdos like us... each other is all we have in this world!

I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.

Beeing thankful that I live in a generation where there is an artist that gives so much passion about her work and tries to make this world a better place.

I can only imagine that there was something similar to elvis and michael...

I don't consider myself a monster anymore. Fan names are so 2012. I just say I'm a Gaga stan because her music is my fav :lolly: I wouldn't say being a stan means anything philosophical to me but I'm forever grateful for what she's taught me with her art. And I love the memes that come out her stan community :diane: One of the main reasons I'm here tbh :diane:

I think if I weren't a stan from such a young age (I was 12 when BTW came out) I wouldn't be as open minded as I am now, especially on feminism and on the LGBTQ community. I would be quite the sexist slut-shaming pro-life homophobe if my earlier idols and influences didn't teach me otherwise. Gaga is the main reason I've taken a different path that is much less taken in my community. I think in part it was because of ongoing abuse in my life, and I needed a hero. And I will never regret that it's Gaga.

Being a monster means a lot to me, mostly it means I'm a better, healthier person than I would have been if I weren't one. And over the years, on those times when I feel most isolated from reality and there's no hope, the monster community has been my refuge for reassurance and acceptance. Being a monster means I've learnt (from you guys) that I'm never alone and that it's alright to be a misfit. Being a monster has often renewed my faith in humanity, seeing so many of you have so much empathy and intellect and pride in who you are. When Gaga came out as a rape survivor and battling PTSD, I saw how supportive you were of her and I dared to have some confidence in myself, fighting the same battles. I think some humans are truly good and loving, even when taking their mistakes and shortcomings into consideration. And I find it in Gaga and most of the monster community. And it's a blessing to say I'm one of you. Truly.

Exactly. The whole point of "little monsters" was for the "freaks" to have a "home" to go to where they were loved for who they were. I have a dark quirky sense of humor. Lol people always tell me "omg you're so not normal!!!!!!". They're right I'm not normal. I'm a monster who is finally loved and appreciated for who I am and I wouldn't trade it for all of the money in the world

She has tought me to become a better human being through unconditional love.

. The love for her monsters is pure and unconditional. You can just tell. I mean she "raised" us in a way sorta. She saw how broken and damaged a lot of us were and she gave us a "home" (little monsters) where we could be loved for who we were. She glued us back together and she loved us as if we were her own. "People always say 'oh you always talk about your fans' but how could I not? They're my reason for everything. They're the blood in my veins now". Best gaga quote ever

There isn't a day that goes by where I don't thank god for putting her in my life. She taught me that unconditional love does exist in that she's always been there for us no questions asked. You can just see the love for her monsters is pure and unconditional
