Morphine Prince 109,896 Posted January 21, 2017 Share Posted January 21, 2017 Far-right populist leaders from Germany, France, Italy and the Netherlands meet in the German city of Koblenz on Saturday to present their vision for "a free Europe" that would dismantle the European Union. Marine Le Pen, who is expected to make it into a May 7 second-round run-off for the French presidency, is due to speak at the meeting, along with Frauke Petry of the anti-immigration Alternative for Germany (AfD). They will be joined by Geert Wilders, leader of the Dutch far-right Freedom Party (PVV) who was last month convicted of discrimination against Moroccans, and Matteo Salvini of the Northern League who wants to take Italy out of the euro. Emboldened by Britons' vote last year to leave the European Union, the leaders are meeting under the slogan "Freedom for Europe" and aim to strengthen ties between their like-minded parties, whose nationalist tendencies have hampered close collaboration in the past. The only way for them to be in the govern is by making a coalition with some other conservatives parties that are still bad, but would keep them from doing some really bad sh*t. In the Netherlands, where a party needs just 0.7% of the votes to gain a seat in parliament leading to political trends becoming more clear here, there are currently 7 right-wing parties that have a chance of getting one vote: liberal conservatives, Christian reformed conservatives, Christian conservatives, Christian Democrats, far-right, populists, far-right pro-business, far-right pseudo-intellectual. That shows that the right is very much divided. Anyways - this is a media trick because they're all doing quite a lot less than people have been expecting since September 2015. France wouldn't be able to survive especially, Le Pen is completely in denial. Then again what politician isn't? We have conservatives and far right. That's it basically. And the conservatives might have some difficulties within their party but they always work it out. But the far right have more problems.
